Award winning chef Guido Spina believes in providing a personal and detailed service. Guido's philosophy is to provide a balanced, sensible and nourishing menu, taking into account food preferences, religious diets, food allergies etc.
Chef Guido Spina is a member of the Italian Chefs Association and has many years experience in various countries. Currently living in Cyprus where he ran his own restaurant, which incidentally was voted best restaurant on the Island by the Travel Writers.
Guido was Italian Chef of the year and has catered to Presidents, Ministers, Various Embassies and Presidential Delegations. The most notable being the European Summit which was held in Cardiff. |
